Are you interested in volunteering with Ashby Foodbank. We have a variety of roles that include welcoming guests into the foodbank, listening with empathy and offering kindness. Helping people to find local support (eg money advice, housing, wellbeing). Share leaflets and information about available services. Offer a calm, non judgemental presence.

Also working in our warehouse and managing our stock support where you will sort and organise food donations, check dates and pack food parcels and keep shelves tidy and well stocked

We also have a supermarket collection role which involves collecting food donations from local supermarkets on a regular basis. These are usually short flexible shifts.
